Meeting attendees are expected to make their own travel and hotel reservations. Attendees are also responsible for their own registration fees. Pre-payment of registration fees can be made through the on-line registration process.
The current rate for lodging is $172.00 + 13.25% local and state taxes, per night for a standard room. You will be responsible for all expenses (e.g., room and tax, gratuities, valet services) and any additional nights of lodging.
The hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; checkout is 12:00 p.m. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 24 hours before your scheduled date of arrival to avoid incurring penalties (one night’s room and tax billed to your credit card). Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservations.
